What does a first conversation look like?

A thirty-minute video call. We'll ask about your current motion, where it's breaking down, and what outcomes would matter most in the next two quarters. No deck. No pitch. If there's a fit, we follow up with a scoped proposal within a few business days.

How quickly can you start?

Most diagnostic engagements can start within two to three weeks of a signed SOW. Full transformation programs typically kick off four to six weeks out. If you have an urgent need, say so in your message and we'll tell you honestly whether we can move faster.

Do you work with companies outside of SaaS?

Yes. Most of our work is with B2B SaaS and fintech, but we have shipped engagements in industrial software, healthcare tech, and professional services. The go-to-market principles travel well. The tooling choices adapt to the category.

How do engagements get priced?

Fixed-fee per phase, not hourly. You'll know the total investment and the deliverables before you sign. See our pricing page for starting ranges on each engagement type.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign yours, or we can share ours. Just mention it in your first message and we'll kick it off on the email thread.

Can you work alongside our existing agency or internal team?

Often, yes. We've plugged in around internal RevOps leaders, outsourced CROs, and other agencies. Our job is to be additive, not territorial. If there's clear role definition going in, collaboration works.
